1. Design, develop, and implement custom JIRA solutions: This includes configuring JIRA workflows, fields, screens, and permissions
2. Integrate JIRA with other tools and systems: Ensure seamless integration with other software and tools used within the organization
3. Develop and maintain JIRA plugins and add-ons: Create custom plugins to extend JIRA capabilities and maintain existing ones
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JIRA configurations: Address any problems that arise with JIRA setups and configurations
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in JIRA administration and development.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC management, and enterprise-level project tracking using JIRA
