Landscape and Infrastructure Project Management Director

Description:

We are looking for an accomplished Landscape amp; Infrastructure Project Management Director to lead a major project portfolio in Riyadh.

Role Overview.
Manage landscape and infrastructure projects from inception through handover, for a portfolio exceeding SAR 30–50 million annually.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead engineering, site, and contractor teams
✅ Monitor project schedules, costs, and procurement
✅ Review drawings, BOQs, and contracts
✅ Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities
✅ Manage variations, claims, and project costs
✅ Supervise softscape, hardscape, irrigation, fountains, lighting, and public utility works

Requirements
🔹 Bachelors degree in Civil / Landscape / Agricultural Engineering or a related field (PMP preferred)
🔹 10+ years of relevant experience at a senior level 🔹 Saudi or GCC experience preferred
🔹 Valid Saudi Iqama, transferable to a new sponsor
🔹 Any nationality may apply (male candidates)
