Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in researching and identifying potential leads
• Support digital lead generation campaigns (email, social media, paid ads)
• Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate data
• Support follow-up activities via email or phone
• Prepare basic performance and lead status reports
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts
• Familiarity with MS Office; CRM tools knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
