Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all lifting and rigging activities at the site.
Ensure lifting operations are carried out safely and in compliance with company procedures.
Inspect lifting equipment and ensure valid certifications.
Communicate with crane operators, riggers, and site engineers for safe load handling.
Report and resolve any unsafe conditions immediately.
