Maintenance Supervisor

Description:

Looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a Precast Production Factory. The role involves managing daily maintenance, troubleshooting electrical & mechanical issues, and ensuring smooth, safe, and reliable equipment performance.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
4–5 years of experience in industrial/precast/concrete maintenance
Strong knowledge of EOT cranes, compressors, chillers, and boilers
Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure and handle urgent breakdowns
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance & preventive maintenance schedules
Lead troubleshooting for mechanical & electrical systems
Ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards
Train technicians & maintain maintenance records
