🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s internal job portal for posting jobs, sourcing applicants, and tracking applications.
• Search, identify, and engage potential candidates using various job portals and sourcing platforms.
• Work closely with management to understand manpower requirements and recruit accordingly.
• Conduct preliminary screening and schedule interviews.
• Meet clients/companies as required for recruitment coordination (field visits involved).
• Maintain candidate databases, follow up on pipelines, and ensure timely closures.

🔹 Requirements:
• Female candidate required
• Background in IT recruitment preferred
• Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing channels, and recruitment tools
• Pleasant personality, presentable, and confident in client meetings
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Must be locally available in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama
