🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Manage and grow our social media presence
Create content for posts, presentations, and marketing materials
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Management) to support business growth
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Contribute to brand strategy and ensure consistent visual identity
🔹 Requirements
2–4 years of experience in marketing (agency or in-house)
Strong content creation skills (design + writing)
Solid understanding of social media platforms and paid campaigns
Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Preferred (not mandatory)
Experience in B2B, construction, logistics, or industrial services
Photography/videography skills
Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
