Mechanical Foreman

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and capable Mechanical Foreman to join our project team in Dammam. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanical works on site, ensuring activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities
• Lead and coordinate mechanical technicians and site workers
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE compliance, and HSE standards
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and QA/QC teams
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues on site
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Prepare daily work reports and manpower allocation records
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman in FM, O&M, or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, piping, equipment)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and layouts
• Good leadership and team supervision skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and site procedures
• Valid and transferable Iqama preferred
