Mechanical Supervisor

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage on-site mechanical works for construction and infrastructure projects.


Role Summary

The Mechanical Supervisor will:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, etc.).

Ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Manage daily site operations, manpower, and subcontractors.

Act as a link between site staff and the MEP Manager to resolve technical and operational issues.

Oversee commissioning, handover, and ensure compliance with project schedules.


Key Responsibilities

Review mechanical shop drawings and site layouts to plan manpower, equipment, and material needs.

Supervise crews in installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems.

Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and report delays or risks.

Ensure quality compliance with international standards and project specifications.

Oversee commissioning, testing, and final handover of systems.

Promote continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork on-site.


🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

5–7 years’ experience in mechanical works (construction/infrastructure projects).

At least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Knowledge of international standards, codes, and quality requirements.

Ability to read and interpret drawings & specifications.

Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
