Key Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of site experience in mechanical works with an MEP background
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting systems, and coordination with electrical & plumbing teams
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• Experience in monitoring daily site activities and guiding technicians & subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
