Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote support for IT equipment, including Desktop, VC, CCTV, AC, and PABX.
Focus primarily on broader IT equipment support, with only 10-15% of tasks dedicated to networking.
Coordinate with vendors for quotes and support, ensuring seamless communication.
Communicate fluently in Arabic with KSA vendors for effective collaboration.
Requirements:
Experience in desktop support.
Knowledge of IT equipment such as VC, CCTV, AC, and PABX.
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Experience with vendor coordination.
