Onboarding Officer

Description:

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Handling the end-to-end onboarding process for both international and local hires, from offer acceptance through arrival and induction.


• Managing QVP (Qualifications Verification Program) verification and SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) registration for expatriate engineers and technical professionals recruited from abroad.

• Collaborating with cross-functional HR and government relations teams to ensure seamless talent integration.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:
• Nationality: Saudi National 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or a related field

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR onboarding and talent operations.

• Specialized Knowledge: Proven hands-on experience handling QVP verification and SCE registration procedures for international technical hires.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
