Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, OTL, etc.)
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and ensure smooth system operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Prepare documentation and end-user training materials.
