Oracle Mdm Developer

Description:

Develop and configure Oracle MDM (Meter Data Management) modules including VEE (Validation, Estimation, and Editing) rules, scalar and interval data management. Customize and support Oracle C2M and CC&B modules as per business requirements. Implement enhancements, develop Java-based plug-ins (Java SDK), Business Objects, and XAI services. Perform batch job configuration using OUAF batch framework. Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather technical requirements. Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT phases. Integrate MDM with external systems (AMI, CIS, billing systems, etc.) using SOA/Web Services/XAI. Tune and optimize Oracle Utilities framework performance, SQL queries, and batch processes. Create and maintain technical design documents, data flow diagrams, and deployment scripts.
Required Skills & Experience:
Core Technical Skills:
Strong experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). Deep understanding of Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM), C2M, and CC&B architecture. Hands-on with Java, Groovy, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and XSLT. Experience with Business Object (BO) configurations, Device Events, Usage Rules, and VEE Rules in MDM. Familiarity with Service Orders, Field Activities, and Device Management in C2M. Integration knowledge using XAI, SOAP/REST Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). OUAF batch framework and multispeak/NMS integrations knowledge is a plus.
