Osp Fiber Welding Splicing Technician

Description:

-Perform fiber_optic splicing and welding with high precision and according to industry standards.
-Conduct testing using OTDR, power meters, and other fiber optic measurement tools.
-Troubleshoot and repair damaged fiber optic cables and connections.
-Accurately document work performed, including cable identification and labeling.
-Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies during all operations.
-Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers to deliver projects on time.
-Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper working condition.
Requirements:
-Diploma/Technical certificate in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
-Previous hands-on experience in fiber welding/splicing (preferred).
-Good knowledge of fiber optic testing equipment and techniques.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
