Osp_site_supervisor

Description:

-Diploma/Degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
-Proven experience in OSP fiber network construction and supervision.
-Strong knowledge of OSP design, installation, and testing methods.
-Familiarity with OTDR testing, splicing, and fiber optic construction standards.
-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Flexibility to work in outdoor/field conditions and adapt to project needs.
