We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Pastry & Bakery Chef with a strong background in Lebanese pastry, bakery, and dessert concepts to join a growing hospitality operation in Saudi Arabia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who combines traditional expertise with innovation and product development.

✅ Requirements:

• Strong experience in Lebanese pastry and bakery production
• Proven experience in Research & Development (R&D) and new product creation
• Understanding of catering and large-scale food production
• Ability to create, test, and launch new menu items
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in cost control, recipe standardization, and quality assurance
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Available to join immediately or on short notice
