Technical Skills & Tools:
Oracle Fusion HCM (end-to-end experience)
Power BI (current platform)
Tableau | QlikView | Qlik Sense
Strong data visualization & integration skills
Qualifications & Experience:
4–5 years in data analytics (focus on technical metrics/MIS)
1+ year in People Analytics or HR insights
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, AI, or a related field
Graduated from top-tier institutions (e.g., KFUPM or international universities)
