Plant General Manager

Description:

We are currently supporting the recruitment of an experienced Plant General Manager for a leading industrial organization overseeing large-scale manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall leadership for plant operations, production, maintenance, quality, and operational performance.
- Develop and execute plant strategies to improve productivity, capacity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Oversee production planning, workforce management, maintenance programmes, budgets, and operating costs.
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, quality standards, and operational excellence.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams while maintaining strong standards across safety, compliance, reliability, and performance.

Key Requirements

- 15+ years of progressive manufacturing and industrial operations experience.
- Proven experience as Plant General Manager, Plant Director, Factory Head, or equivalent.
- Strong track record managing large-scale manufacturing facilities and complex production environments.
- Extensive knowledge of production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, cost management, and operational improvement.
- Strong commercial judgment, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
