Presales Engineer

Description:

MAXHUB is expanding its Saudi Arabia team and seeking an experienced Presales Engineer specializing in Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) solutions and unified communication technologies. In this role, you will collaborate with our KSA and global teams to drive presales excellence, design cutting-edge meeting room solutions, and deliver exceptional technical expertise to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead end-to-end presales activities, including solution design, technical demonstrations, and proposal development for video conferencing, MTR, and smart collaboration systems.
✔ Architect and present tailored AV/UC solutions for high-value opportunities, ensuring alignment with client business needs.
✔ Deliver compelling Microsoft Teams Rooms demonstrations and serve as a trusted advisor on MAXHUB's interactive displays, BYOM/BYOD solutions, and video conferencing cameras.
✔ Develop high-quality RFP responses, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams for enterprise clients.
✔ Foster long-term client relationships by providing strategic insights and ensuring seamless handover to delivery teams.
✔ Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions to showcase MAXHUB's technology leadership.
Qualifications & Must-Haves:
✅ 5+ years of presales/solution engineering experience in unified communications, video conferencing, or meeting room technologies.
✅ Deep expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), AV integration, and cloud collaboration tools.
✅ Proven track record in designing and pitching large-scale UC solutions for enterprise clients.
✅ Native Arabic fluency+professional English proficiency (written/spoken).
✅ KSA driving license and willingness to travel throughout the country for client engagements.
✅ Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
