Preventive Maintenance Planning Engineer

Description:

Core Responsibilities: Preparing, planning, scheduling, tracking, and optimizing preventive maintenance programs for company equipment and fleets; ensuring on-time execution, data accuracy, and KPI reporting.
🔹 Planning Expertise: Hands-on experience in drafting and tracking annual, monthly, and weekly preventive maintenance plans.
🔹 Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with heavy equipment, trucks, concrete machinery, pumps, mixers, crushers, and generators.
🔹 Software & IT Skills: Very strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS); experience with CMMS / ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus).
🔹 Analytical Skills: Mastery of maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data analysis.
🔹 Language & Coordination: Good command of English (especially for reading technical catalogs, instructions, and report writing); exceptional coordination skills across sites, workshops, operations, warehouses, and procurement.
🔹 Preferred Background: Prior experience in contracting companies, heavy equipment fleets, ready-mix concrete, crushers, or industrial plants.
