Description:
Printone Trading LLC is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Printer & Photocopier Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of printers, copiers, and multifunction devices at client locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, technical expertise, and a willingness to travel to client sites for servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs of printers and multifunction devices.
Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Install, configure, and maintain printing equipment as per client requirements.
Provide preventive maintenance to enhance the efficiency and longevity of printers.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of service reports and documentation.
Educate customers on proper printer usage and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Keep up to date with the latest printing technologies and service techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience in printer servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of laser, inkjet, plotters, and multifunction printers from brands like HP, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Epson, etc.
Ability to diagnose and repair hardware and software-related printer issues.
Experience with networking and connectivity setup for printers is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to client locations across UAE.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license added advantage (not mandatory).
