Experience

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory or related fields, with a focus on financial analysis, investment evaluation and value creation.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills
• Extensive knowledge of investments, finance, and private equity
• Proven experience in conducting due diligence for potential investments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience working in the Middle East and Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a must
• Master's degree in finance, business administration, or relevant fields is preferred
• Holder of CME- 4A certification, and any relevant professional certifications (CFA, CAIA) would be a plus.
