Production Control Coordinator

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor production orders from release to completion.
Track production progress and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, and FAM teams.
Follow up on raw material availability and resolve production bottlenecks.
Monitor production schedules and escalate operational risks.
Maintain accurate production documentation and ERP records.
Prepare production performance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production coordination or manufacturing operations, preferably in the printing & packaging industry.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement principles.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English.
