Production Manager

Description:

We are a furniture manufacturer in Saudi Arabia producing residential and project furniture. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to run our factory and deliver high-quality furniture on time for clients and projects across the Kingdom.

🟢 Duties & Responsibilities
· Run daily factory operations: panel cutting, CNC, carpentry, assembly, upholstery, painting, finishing and packing.
· Plan and schedule production according to sales orders and project deadlines, and make sure every order is delivered on time.
· Translate designs and shop drawings into production plans, bills of materials, cutting lists and work orders.
· Set and enforce quality standards at every stage, from raw materials to final inspection before delivery.
· Plan raw materials (wood, MDF, fabric, foam, hardware, paints) with purchasing.
· Lead, train and evaluate supervisors and workers, and manage manpower, shifts and productivity.
· Control production costs, material waste and overtime, and keep improving efficiency.
· Oversee maintenance of machines and equipment and plan preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
· Work with the commercial team on samples, mock-ups and project specifications.
· Coordinate delivery and on-site installation with the installation team.
· Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are applied across the factory.
· Report weekly and monthly on output, quality, cost and on-time delivery.

✅ Requirements
· Must be based in Saudi Arabia and available to start immediately.
· Proven experience as a Production Manager or Factory Manager in a furniture factory.
· Expert in manufacturing all the furniture categories listed above, for both homes and projects.
· Solid knowledge of woodworking, CNC and panel processing, upholstery, finishing techniques and materials.
· Experience delivering furniture for KSA projects (hotels, residential, offices, government), with strong local project relationships.
· Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings.
· Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
· Arabic and English are Must.
