Italian Company Hiring Engineers for Infrastructure Project in Saudi Arabia

We are looking to fill the following position:

Position: Production & Operational Engineers

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Coordination: Review schedules, coordinate team activities, and attend meetings.
• On-site Supervision: Monitor operations, conduct quality inspections, and resolve technical issues.
• Resource Management: Control materials, equipment, and allocate workforce efficiently.
• Safety and Compliance: Implement safety policies, train teams, and document incidents.
• Communication and Reporting: Maintain communication with stakeholders and prepare progress reports.
• Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate performance and propose improvements.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and stay updated on technological advancements.

Work Schedule: 12 weeks on-site, followed by 2 weeks in Brazil (the company covers the flight costs).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: A degree in engineering is generally required, with preferred fields including:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Industrial Engineering

Advanced Degrees: While not always necessary, a master's degree in a related field can be beneficial, particularly for higher-level positions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an engineer in heavy construction projects
• Minimum intermediate level of English
