Eclectosoft LLC is partnering with a prestigious client in the Saudi hospitality sector to source top-tier talent for their Food & Beverage department in Riyadh.
We are looking for a skilled, customer-oriented Barista who is passionate about specialty coffee and service excellence.
Quick Details:
* Job Title: Barista
* Location: Riyadh, KSA (Fieldwork)
* Gender: Male
* Working Hours: 9 Hours/Day (6 Days a week)
* Nationality: Saudi
Financial Package:
* Salary: 5,500 – 6,500 SR (Based on experience)
* Allowances: Housing (25%) + Transportation (10%) provided as monthly allowance.
* Annual Leave: 21 Days.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
* Expertly operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
* Provide exceptional customer service and handle POS transactions accurately.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
* Manage stock levels and report shortages promptly.
Requirements & Competencies:
* Proven experience as a Barista (Knowledge of specialty coffee is a major plus).
* Strong communication skills (Basic English required).
* Professional attitude and presentable appearance.
* Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Deep understanding of roasting levels, brewing techniques, and latte art.
