Program Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, high-impact IT programs within our bank, with a particular focus on Wealth and Asset Management initiatives. A key aspect of this role is overseeing the integration and implementation of FinIQ as a strategic platform. You’ll manage cross-functional teams of up to 40 people and ensure seamless coordination across business, technology, and vendor partners to deliver complex programs on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic IT programs, with a specific focus on Wealth Management platforms using FinIQ.
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with senior management and business stakeholders.
Manage cross-functional teams (30–40 members), including internal resources and external consultants or vendors.
Oversee resource planning, project budgeting, cost control, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure all program phases—from planning to execution—are aligned with PMO, QMS, Audit, and Risk compliance standards.
Act as the primary liaison between business, technology, and external FinIQ teams to ensure successful integration and adoption.
Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and milestone reviews to drive progress and course correction as needed.
Cultivate a high-performance culture within the program team, encouraging continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT program/project management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience with FinIQ, particularly in Wealth and Asset Management projects.
Proven track record delivering AED 10M+ programs, managing large teams and complex integrations.
PMP or Prince2 certification is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
