Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

 Assist in developing project plans, objectives, timelines, and resource

requirements.

 Coordinate project activities and tasks among team members.

 Schedule and organize project meetings and capture meeting minutes.

2. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

 Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.

 Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Project Monitoring and Reporting:

 Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

 Prepare regular status reports for project managers and stakeholders.

4. Resource Management:

 Assist in resource allocation and scheduling.

 Maintain project resource documentation.

5. Risk Management:

 Identify and assess potential project risks and issues.

 Collaborate on risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

6. Documentation and Quality Control:

 Maintain accurate project documentation.

 Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

7. Budget Monitoring:

 Support tracking project expenses and resources.

 Assist in budget reporting and forecasting.
