Ps Analysis Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a highly capable Performance - PS Analysis Engineer to analyze and optimize Mobile Core Network Packet-Switched (PS) performance. The ideal candidate will support Ericsson-managed services and provide deep insights into network KPIs, trends, and optimization across multi-generation technologies (2G to 5G).
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Analyze Mobile Core PS performance on demand (ad-hoc/short/long term)
✔️ Support Ericsson and customer teams with technical deep dives and demarcation
✔️ Perform E2E call-flow-based analysis and propose improvement actions
✔️ Build, automate, and visualize performance reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik
✔️ Conduct root cause analysis, trend monitoring, and forecasting
✔️ Contribute to AI/ML-driven performance improvement tools
✔️ Handle audit reports and performance assurance documentation
✔️ Support high-impact projects and special events (Hajj, Ramadan, etc.)
Technical Requirements:
✔️ Hands-on experience with Ericsson Core Nodes:
CS Core: MSC-S, MGW, STP, HLR-FE, HSS-FE, CUDB
PS Core: SGSN, MME, GGSN, EPG, SAPC, SmartEdge
IMS Core: CSCF (P/S/I), MTAS, MGCF, MRF, ATFC
5GC SA: AMF, SMF, UPF, UDM, PCF, NEF, NRF, NSSR
✔️ Cloud-native exposure (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack)
✔️ Strong understanding of telecom protocols and interfaces (Diameter, SIP, Gx, Gy, N1-N32, etc.)
✔️ Skilled in Python, SQL, VBA, and Linux Shell for performance scripting
✔️ Capable of preparing executive/technical reports using MS Office Suite
✔️ Experience with network tuning, capacity planning, and traffic demarcation
