Are you a QA Lead with deep expertise in banking systems and a passion for quality excellence? We’re looking for a hands-on leader to drive testing strategy, manage teams, and ensure flawless delivery across critical BFSI applications.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute QA strategy for banking platforms
Lead functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing cycles
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
Manage defect lifecycle using tools like Jira, ALM, or HPQC
Ensure compliance, performance, and security across test environments
Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous improvement
🎯 Required Skills:
Strong BFSI domain knowledge (Retail, Corporate, Digital Banking)
Expertise in test planning, execution, and reporting
Hands-on with automation tools (Selenium, UFT, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
