Real Estate Services Manager

 Key Responsibilities

•  Analyze and evaluate real estate opportunities from market and financial perspectives
•  Prepare and review feasibility studies for real estate development projects
• Conduct Highest and Best Use (HBU) analyses for real estate assets and land
•  Assess market trends and identify development and investment opportunities
•  Rcommend the optimal product mix based on project objectives and market demand
•  Develop commercial strategies, pricing structures, target segments, and project launch plans
•  Lead real estate marketing and sales strategies
• Support off-plan sales (Wafi) projects and participate in planning and execution
• Coordinate with consultancy, project management, development, sales, and marketing teams
• Monitor KPIs and provide reports and strategic recommendations to senior management

✅ Requirements

•  Minimum 6 years of experience in the real estate sector
•  Proven experience in real estate development, consulting, or investment
•  Strong expertise in feasibility studies, market research, opportunity assessment, and HBU analysis Good understanding of real estate sales and marketing
•  Knowledge of Wafi (off-plan sales) regulations is preferred
• Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to evaluate project performance, costs, and returns
•  Previous experience in real estate development or consulting firms is highly preferred
