We are looking for a professional and energetic Receptionist to be the face of our office and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Welcome visitors, clients, and candidates professionally
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and company events
• Provide general administrative and office support
• Manage office supplies, deliveries, and incoming shipments
• Support the management team with additional operational tasks
Requirements:

✔ Proficiency in office software and phone systems
