Description:

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
✔ Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees
✔ Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk operations
✔ Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
✔ Provide administrative and office support
✔ Handle mail, courier services, and visitor access procedures

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
🔹 Previous experience in receptionist, administration, or customer service roles preferred
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
🔹 Fluency in English and Arabic
🔹 Experience in a multinational or oil & gas environment is an advantage
