Regional Business Unit Head

We are currently supporting the recruitment of an experienced Regional Business Unit Head for a leading organization with operations across multiple GCC markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the performance, growth, and strategic direction of a major business unit across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the regional business unit strategy, P&L, revenue growth, and operating performance.
- Lead country and functional teams across multiple GCC markets.
- Drive market expansion, customer development, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities.
- Establish regional KPIs, budgets, commercial targets, and performance governance.
- Work closely with Group leadership to shape long-term growth and investment priorities.

Key Requirements

- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within a relevant industry.
- Proven experience managing a business unit, country portfolio, or multi-market operation.
- Strong P&L ownership and commercial leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in regional growth, market expansion, and organizational transformation.
- Strong understanding of GCC markets with excellent executive stakeholder-management skills.
