Regional HSE Director

Description:

You will lead HSE for large-scale construction, accommodation camps, and logistics.

KEY DUTIES:
Establish HSE management system from ground up for project region
Ensure compliance with NEOM / RC HSE standards and Saudi labor safety laws
Manage HSE team of 15+ managers and officers
Oversee camp safety, road safety, heavy equipment safety
Lead executive HSE reviews and client reporting
Drive zero LTI target

PROFILE NEEDED:
15+ years HSE, 5+ years as Project / Regional HSE Director on mega projects (value > SAR 1B)
NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Chartered, ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor
Experience with NEOM, ROSHN, Red Sea, or similar giga-projects is a strong advantage
Available to be based on site with rotational leave
