Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Riyadh. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction, hiring and training staff, and communicating with guests and employees. They will also be responsible for maintaining financial performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and developing promotional initiatives.

• Food and Beverage expertise and knowledge of restaurant operations
• Previous experience in a similar role for 2 years minimum
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain positive relationships
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Arabic Speaker only
• Have transferable iqama and can join immediately
