2. Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
3. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
4. Ability to train and coach team members
5. Solid background in inventory control and stock management
6. Skilled in daily demand planning and forecasting
7. Proficient in Foodics POS system
8. Maintains high standards in cleanliness and operational efficiency
9. Ability to manage high-pressure situations smoothly
10. Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills

✅ Experience in a salad or healthy food restaurant is a strong plus!
