Description:

We’re looking for an experienced RF Designer to join our telecom design team. The role involves network design, dimensioning, link budget analysis, hardware planning, and the application of propagation models to ensure high network performance, coverage, and quality.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design and plan wireless networks (2G/4G/5G) ensuring optimal coverage, capacity, and quality
✅ Conduct network dimensioning and link budget analysis for new and existing sites
✅ Apply propagation models (Hata, COST-231, Okumura) for coverage and performance optimization
✅ Use RF design tools (Atoll, Planet, Mentum, etc.) for simulation and analysis
✅ Collaborate with Planning, Optimization, and Field teams to ensure seamless implementation
✅ Prepare and present RF design reports and documentation for internal and customer reviews
✅ Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers during rollout and optimization phases

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in RF design and optimization (2G/4G/5G)
• Proven expertise in dimensioning, link budget analysis, and propagation models
• Proficiency in Atoll, Planet, or similar design tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with drive test data interpretation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
