Description:
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales function in Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, leading complex enterprise and government sales, and building long-term client relationships across key sectors including IT, digital transformation, and healthcare.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead large-scale sales initiatives across government, semi-government & enterprise sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
• Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles including RFPs, tenders, negotiations & deal closures
• Manage strategic and key accounts ensuring long-term growth and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, presales, partnerships) for successful deal execution
• Represent the company in key industry forums, events, and executive meetings
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities aligned with Vision 2030 initiatives
✅ What You Bring
• 20+ years of sales experience, with strong exposure to the Saudi market
• Proven track record in enterprise & government sales in KSA
• Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals
• Strong understanding of IT / digital transformation solutions
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
• Established network within Saudi government and enterprise sectors
• Fluent in English
• Experience in healthcare / health tech is a plus
