The Role
You will lead the end-to-end sales process—from technical consultation to contract closure—while building high-trust relationships with key industrial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development: Identify and qualify new opportunities using a consultative sales approach.
Technical Consulting: Act as the primary technical expert, translating complex operational needs into tailored proposals.
Proposal Management: Create technically accurate and commercially competitive bids.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management teams for seamless solution delivery.
Market Intelligence: Analyze trends in automation and packaging to optimize product positioning.
Candidate Profile
Education: B.Sc. in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
Experience: 5+ years in professional sales specifically focused on industrial packaging machinery and end-of-line automation.
Expertise: Deep familiarity with PLC systems and technologies like Coding, Marking, Filling, and Sealing.
Skills: Exceptional technical communication, negotiation, and professional presentation skills.
Language: Fluency in English.
