Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets

* Build strong relationships with clients
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities
* Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales
* Previous experience in the technology sector is a must
* Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Preferred:
* Experience in IT solutions / software / tech services
* Strong network in the Saudi market
