What You’ll Do:
Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to enhance Agile maturity and performance.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Remove impediments to ensure the team meets sprint goals efficiently.
Foster collaboration between business, developers, and QA teams.
Promote continuous improvement, Agile best practices, and stakeholder alignment.
Drive digital banking solutions and innovation through Agile transformation.

Your Expertise:
6+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile software development.
Proven experience in Banking Technologies, including:
Core Banking (e.g., T24)
Digital Banking Channels (Mobile, Internet, ATMs)
Payment Systems & Accounting Cycles
Integration Systems & Reporting Modules
Open Banking, Retail, Corporate, and Treasury

Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (mandatory).
