Description:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Secretary / Coordinator to join our growing team.

📋 Requirements:
✅ 1–3 years of experience as a Secretary, Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
✅ Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
✅ Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
✅ Ability to work independently and efficiently manage administrative
responsibilities.

🎯 Preferred Qualifications:
✔️ Indian or Pakistani nationals are preferred.
✔️ Candidates currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are highly preferred.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Maintain records, documentation, and office administration.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support.
