Key Responsibilities Design, implement, test, and enhance security controls within Service Now and enterprise IT environments. Review existing security measures and identify vulnerabilities and security gaps. Implement RBAC, IAM, least-privilege, authentication, and authorization controls. Conduct security assessments, testing, monitoring, and compliance activities. Establish and maintain security incident response and disaster recovery procedures. Participate in security breach and disaster recovery drills. Respond to security incidents and conduct detailed post-incident analysis. Support security audits, compliance assessments, remediation, and evidence collection. Develop security roadmaps and project timelines for ongoing security improvements. Stay up to date with security standards, authentication protocols, emerging threats, and industry best practices.
✅ Mandatory Requirements✔ 3+ years of security experience with ServiceNow✔ ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification✔ Hands-on ServiceNow experience – no substitutes✔ Experience with government-grade compliance and security requirements✔ Strong understanding of enterprise security, IAM, RBAC, incident response, monitoring, and risk management
