Senior Data Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our onsite team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in working with complex datasets to uncover insights and influence strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a proven track record of leveraging data in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Prior experience in banking or fintech is strongly preferred, particularly in roles related to product analytics, customer insights, or digital transformation initiatives.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
●  Extract, analyze, and interpret large, complex datasets to deliver actionable business insights.
●  Build data models and conduct trend analysis to support strategic planning.
● Design and automate reports or dashboards to track KPIs and operational metrics.
●  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, compliance, and business units.
● Translate business challenges into analytical solutions and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations.
● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for ongoing analysis and reporting.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
● 5+ years of hands-on data analysis experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or consulting.
● Proficient in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
● Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
● Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
● Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
● Experience with compliance or AML-related data projects is a bonus, but not mandatory.
