This is a high-impact role supporting executive leadership with data-driven insights to enhance compliance, reduce operational risk, and strengthen sustainable performance frameworks.

🔎 Role Overview

• Lead enterprise data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
• Support compliance, risk management, and operational sustainability initiatives
• Develop performance dashboards for executive and board reporting
• Provide strategic advisory through advanced analytics and forecasting

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks
• Develop predictive models and data-driven insights for decision-making
• Support executive advisory through trend analysis and scenario planning
• Ensure regulatory reporting accuracy and governance compliance
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, and HSE teams
• Improve contractor performance monitoring through analytics tools
• Drive cultural transformation toward data-based decision environments

👤 Ideal Candidate

• 8–12 years of progressive data analytics experience
• Experience within Energy, Construction, or Industrial sectors preferred
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar tools
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting and governance
• Strong analytical mindset with strategic communication skills
