Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI/ML models for hyper-personalized banking experiences.
- Leverage data science techniques to enhance cross-selling and customer segmentation strategies.
- Utilize Python, SQL, and Big Data technologies (Cloudera, Hadoop, Spark, etc.) for data analysis and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to integrate personalized recommendations into banking platforms.
- Optimize customer journeys using advanced machine learning algorithms, NLP, and deep learning.
- Work with cloud-based infrastructure for scalable and real-time data processing.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, customer behaviors, and insights for business growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI-driven personalization.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Spark.
- Expertise in Cloud platforms (Cloudera, AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with customer analytics, recommendation systems, and predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of retail banking, cross-selling strategies, and financial data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
