• 5–9 years of Business Analysis experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Digital Banking and Retail Banking.
• Good understanding of B2B Banking, Open Banking, SWIFTNet, and Payment Operations.
• Proven experience in techno-functional documentation and banking system integrations.
