Senior Hse Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HSE Manager / Health & Safety Manager with a strong background in major sporting events and stadium operations to support a high-profile international sporting event in Jeddah.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and implement HSE strategy, policies, and compliance for large-scale sporting event operations
• Prepare, manage, and execute DOT plans, risk assessments, method statements, and all HSE documentation
• Oversee stadium, venue, and operational safety during build-up, live event, and breakdown phases
• Coordinate with operations, production, technical teams, and local authorities to ensure full compliance
• Conduct site inspections, audits, incident reporting, and safety briefings
🔹 Requirements:
• Proven experience as Senior HSE / Health & Safety Manager in major sporting or large-scale live events
• Strong knowledge of stadium safety, crowd safety, and event operations
• Hands-on experience with HSE planning, documentation, and on-site implementation
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure live event environments
